该设备适用于对蔬菜或水果京料进行漂烫，达到杀青或软化的目的;
水果或切成段的蔬菜由前道工序人水箱，水箱底部置有蒸汽和压缩空气共用的管道，水箱尾部及两侧设有喷淋管道，蒸汽对水进行加热，气泵和冲洗泵对原料进行不断冲洗，清洗漂烫的同时物料由不锈钢丝网 刮板组成的输送链带动缓慢前进;
根据不同物料的不同漂烫时间，调整无级变速器的转速，达到需要的工艺要求;
生产能力: 3、5t/h。

fruils or vegetables cut into sections are put into the a tank,at whose bottom there is a tube shared by steam and pressed air.steam heals water then air-pump and flushing-pump constantly flush and blanch malerials.meanw hile materials move forward slowly on the transporlation belt,which is formed with stainless steel mash and scraper.
rearrange the rlling speed of stepless 、ariator according lo diferent blanching periods to match required technique.
