应用:
打浆机用于番茄酱生产的流水作业线中。该机器可以将番茄的肉质和汁液与番茄的皮和籽分离，肉质和汁液用于下道工序的加工,皮和籽作为废料处理。
工作原理:
上道工序来的番茄进入头道物料桶内，主轴带动叶轮高速旋转,物料被叶轮带动与筛网磨擦挤压，使得番茄的肉、汁与皮、籽分离,肉和汁通过筛网上的小孔进入二道物料桶内，皮和籽则向轴端推进经过排渣口排出，二道物料桶结构与头道相同，只是二道筛网网眼直径更小，主轴转速更高。

application:
the pulpingmachine is used on ketchup production flow line.the machine can separate pulp and juice from skin and seed of tomato.the pulp and juice are used forprocessing in the next procedure and the skin and seed are treated as wastes.
work principle:
the tomato from the previous procedure enters into the first material barrel.the spindle drives the impeller to rotate at a high speed.the materials will be driven by theimpeller and be abraded and extruded with the sieve so that pulp and juice are separated from skin and seed.the pulp and juice will enter the second material barrelthrough the small hole on thesieve,and the skin and seed will be pushed towards the shaft end and be discharged through the residue discharging vent.the secondmaterial barrel has the same structure as that of the first one.but in the second material barrel,the mesh diameter of the sieve is smaller and the spindle rotation speed ishigher.
